The first week has been a blast. During my first week as a practicum teacher, I informed the school that I will be undergoing ROS for the first week. The first week was packed with activities and programs. My friends and I participated in many of them.
Some of the programs are to beautify the school. I have managed to put on some information on the society board, did Gotong Royong, create a Wau from scratch and even had my first relief.
Strength - This week has sharpened my communication skills since I've interacted with a lot of my other colleagues. I' was also given the chance to witness the class situation as an introduction to my first week at the school.
Weakness - This week has been tiring so it is quite hard for me to keep track of everything but this issue can be solved with the help of other teachers' guidance.
Opportunity - The surrounding in SK Taman Muda is good. This will help me to improve my skills better because this school has amazing teachers and I am grateful enough to have a nice mentor.
Threat - The students' discipline is definitely concerning. Some of the students behave in a negative way but most teachers say that it takes the right way to make these students behave well.
